Crystal Marshall is a Chief of Staff/Lead Executive Assistant training guru who supported a 2023 Advertising Hall of Famer and high-profile entertainment executive for eight years. Throughout her tenure, celebrities and C-Suites constantly asked if she could duplicate herself, so she found an effective way to share her "Boss Lady" expertise with other assistants.
Conceptualized and executed in 2025, Crystal Marshall Certified (CMC) is a training company geared towards creating win-win relationships for executives/talent and their executive/personal assistants (EA/PA).

Our mission is to make the everyday lives of high-profile talent, executives, and entrepreneurs seamless by equipping their Executive/Personal Assistants to best handle good, bad, hectic, and confusing situations.
Through various service levels and 12 training modules over the course of a 12-week program, EA/PAs will earn the ultimate certification with each cohort acquiring coaching, collaboration, and a community to help them succeed. This commitment will open doors to job opportunities presented solely to our cohorts and a pool of certified assistants for executives/talents seeking trustworthy support.
